The Real Estate team advised Heatherwood Luxury Rentals on acquiring 2.5 acres in Charlotte from Miller Services Property. Heatherwood Luxury Rentals paid $27.5 million for the two contiguous parcels in Charlotte’s South End submarket and is planning a mixed-use development there.
