The Goodwin Technology team advised Voltaback, a French company specializing in software solutions for fleet management, on its €2.8 million financing.
The round was led by European investment fund Serena, alongside several business angels, including Aurélien de Meaux, co-founder of Electra, and Maxime Brousse, Sequoia Scout.
The transaction will enable Voltaback to accelerate the rollout of its platform across six European countries, expand its team, and further develop its offering dedicated to professional mobility across Europe.
Founded in 2024, Voltaback specializes in solutions that leverage connected vehicle data to automate the reimbursement of at-home charging costs for company electric vehicles, without requiring the installation of additional hardware.
The Goodwin team was led by Xavier Leroux, Louis Taslé d’Héliand, and Charlotte Muller on corporate matters.
