Andrew Boulay is Goodwin’s Director, K&I Technology Solutions. He helps lead the strategy, governance and continuous evolution of the firm’s core knowledge management technologies supporting transactional practices. Andrew drives firmwide adoption initiatives, designs scalable knowledge workflows, and partners with external vendors to enhance system capabilities and integrations.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2020, Andrew was a senior real estate associate at Goulston & Storrs PC. Andrew started his legal career at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton as a real estate associate.
Andrew holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law (magna cum laude) and a BA from Brandeis University (cum laude).
