With twenty years of experience, Anikó Bouley, ACP is the firm’s Senior Corporate Paralegal. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of corporate business law supporting Life Sciences companies. Ms. Bouley focuses on entity formation and corporate governance and assisting attorneys with various corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital financings, and other securities offerings. She also focuses on equity administration, and preparation of related documents and filings. Her client focused approach, paired with her creative thinking and analytical ability, makes her highly valuable to the firm. Ms. Bouley shares our client’s entrepreneurial spirit with a combination of legal experience and business savvy skills. She develops strong relationships with our clients and attorneys, while building substantive and institutional knowledge in the Life Sciences industry. Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Bouley worked as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at McLane Middleton, Professional Association for thirteen years, where she worked closely with the firm’s clients and directors. In 2017, she received the firm’s John A. Graf Client Service Award. Ms. Bouley is a nationally certified paralegal by the National Association of Legal Assistants – Paralegals having completed the Advanced Certified Paralegal program in Business Organizations: Incorporated Entities in 2010. Prior to that in 2007, she became a Certified Paralegal, and was recognized by the New Hampshire Bar Association with the Paralegal Professionalism Award. From 2006 to 2017 she was involved in the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire, served as Website Chair, Bar Liaison, Vice President, President and Chairman, and Director at Large. She delivered the commencement address at the New Hampshire Technical Institute graduation reception for the Certificate in Paralegal Studies program in 2010. She has written articles in the New Hampshire Bar News about the paralegal profession regarding regulation and profitability. Ms. Bouley is a dual citizen of the United States and Hungary, bilingual in English and Hungarian, and conversational in Italian, German, and speaks some Russian.
