Kerry Corrigan is an Associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group. Kerry is a legal and business advisor to innovative, high-growth companies and their investors at all stages of the corporate life cycle. She advises on a broad range of corporate matters with a focus on companies in the technology and life sciences sectors, and has particular experience advising on venture capital investments/exits, corporate finance and reorganisations, as well as general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Kerry was an Associate at Cooley.
