Ora Grinberg is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and Tax practice. Ms. Grinberg focuses on U.S. corporate and international taxation, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. She represents buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions. She regularly represents serial acquirers and has extensive experience advising on sophisticated corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Grinberg was most recently Counsel at Fenwick & West in the tax practice group and Chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Review Committee.

Professional Activities

Ms. Grinberg taught International Tax Law at University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She is also a member of the State Bar of California Taxation Section, the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Ms. Grinberg serves as the Women of IFA Network (WIN) Regional Leader for Northern California.
