Maxime Hemled is a counsel in the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice in Paris and a member of Goodwin’s Private Equity Group.
Maxime acts for private equity, debt, infrastructure and venture funds sponsors on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, establishment and fundraising of private investment funds.
Maxime also advises on GP-led fund restructurings and other liquidity solutions transactions.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2020, he was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
