Dianna Lee is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity practice. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, growth equity funds, pension funds, private and public companies, and other strategic and financial investors on a broad range of M&A, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. Dianna has extensive experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, divestitures, co-investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, equity restructurings, and other complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Her practice spans a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, asset management, and energy and infrastructure.
