Alastair Papworth is an associate in the firm’s Employment practice.

Alastair’s practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts and related general corporate counseling.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Alastair was an associate in the Houston offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Baker Botts LLP.
