Rebecca Rose

Rebecca is an associate in Goodwin’s Tax practice and a member of the Real Estate Industry group.

Rebecca has a broad range of experience of UK and cross-border tax matters, advising on investment structuring, joint ventures, M&A, REITs, corporate reorganisations, and financing transactions, with a particular focus on complex corporate real estate transactions.

Rebecca’s recent experience includes advising:

• Supermarket Income REIT Plc on its joint venture with funds managed by Blue Owl Capital*
• Sadel Group on a £500 million facility to refinance its cold storage business*
• Patron Capital on its joint venture with Curation Capital and acquisition of PBSA assets*
• NatWest Group Pension Fund on its buyout of Legal & General from their retirement villages joint venture*
• Legal & General on the £43 million acquisition of purpose-built student accommodation Stanley Studios*
• Legal & General on the sale of an operational build-to-rent asset to KKR*
• Stanhope on the £450 million acquisition of South Bank Row One*
• Constellation Hotels on the refinancing of the Berkeley and Connaught hotels*
• Alchemy on the acquisition and refinancing of the Heartwood Collection group*
• Polus Capital Management on the launch of its €890 million special opportunities fund*
