Alex Vivona is an associate in Goodwin’s Global Trade practice and is a member of the firm’s Government Contracts and Grants Team. He has extensive experience providing advice on mergers, acquisitions, and investments involving US federal, state, and local government prime and subcontractors across all industry sectors. Alex also advises his clients on all aspects of the contract and grant procurement process and on matters related to contract and grant compliance. Alex is admitted to Massachusetts only.
