Chris Wilson is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and co-chair of the firm’s Healthcare Practice.

Chris specializes in advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth equity investments, strategic transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Chris also frequently represents management teams and operating executives in sale transactions.

Chris principally focuses his practice on transactions in the healthcare services and healthcare technology verticals, and has significant experience in the consumer, business services, technology companies, financial services/asset management, and manufacturing verticals. He also co-chairs the firm’s Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Chris serves as a leader of Goodwin’s committee on racial and ethnic diversity in Boston and is deeply involved in Goodwin’s diversity and inclusion efforts.

Chris co-founded and continues to be involved in Goodwin’s pro bono naturalization project, which focuses on helping underserved permanent residents, primarily from communities of color, achieve the American dream by successfully navigating the citizenship process.
