DCIIA 7th Annual Public Policy Forum

This events brings together industry leaders with policy makers and other thought leaders to discuss ways to improve the retirement security of American workers through the retirement savings system. The Forum is a key program in support of DCIIA’s mission and core beliefs to expand access to the current retirement savings system and improve retirement outcomes for American workers. Jamie Fleckner, a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Litigation Department and Chair of its ERISA Litigation Practice, will speak on the "Minimizing Litigation Risk and Exposure in a Time of Uncertainty" panel.
