Summary
This program will cover ethical issues for attorneys serving on boards, hear from the Public Charities Division of the Attorney General’s office, provide tips for spotting legal issues unique to nonprofits, and review IRS Form 990 reporting. We’ll then break into small roundtable discussion groups to allow for in-depth discussion and questions on each of these topics. Goodwin's Sue Abbott and Henry Dinger will be featured speakers.
