Goodwin opened its Silicon Valley office in 2007, right in the heart of Palo Alto. After launching with 10 lawyers representing clients in corporate law, fund formation, technology and life sciences, private equity, intellectual property and securities litigation, we soon outgrew the Palo Alto location and began looking for space that could accommodate future growth and expansion. In 2008, we added several groups of attorneys and moved to our current space in Menlo Park.
With easy access to Stanford University and great places to eat in Palo Alto, Goodwin’s Menlo Park office is centrally located. While best navigated by car, many areas of Stanford and surrounding towns are accommodating to bicyclists. For entertainment in Silicon Valley, you can catch top performers at the Shoreline Amphitheater, or at the incomparable Mountain Winery Amphitheater. Other popular cultural attractions include the Computer History Museumand the Filoli Estate and Gardens.
A Note About Coronavirus: To ensure the safety of all our colleagues, clients and visitors in Goodwin offices around the globe, the firm has adopted a visitor policy, which can be found here.
