Established in 2004, our DC office includes a robust complex litigation practice as well as financial services, private equity, intellectual property and FDA practices. Our litigators work on matters involving class actions, government contracts, white collar crime and government investigations, insurance coverage, employment, products litigation and counseling, and consumer financial services. Christopher Palmer leads the Washington business law practice; Willy Jay leads the litigation practice.
The DC office is centrally located, within easy walking distance to the Metro Center station. We’re in the middle of many of the cultural and entertainment opportunities that make Washington a very special place to work and live. Our building is located next to Mount Vernon Square, two blocks from the Smithsonian Institution, three blocks from Chinatown and less than a mile from the White House.
A Note About Coronavirus: To ensure the safety of all our colleagues, clients and visitors in Goodwin offices around the globe, the firm has adopted a visitor policy, which can be found here.
