Paris private debt counsel Adrien Paturaud was named a 2019 Rising Star by Private Debt Investor. The inaugural list recognizes professionals under 40 whose extraordinary accomplishments have them positioned as the next generation of leaders in the private debt field.
Mr. Paturaud focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, representing banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings.
Private Debt Investor praised Mr. Paturaud for working on many of France’s leading unitranche bonds while also pioneering the “first-loss/second-loss” structure.
