His work spans the full spectrum of private equity manager activities, including formation of new firms and joint ventures; fund structuring; capital raising; carry and other incentive programs; Advisers Act and Investment Company Act advice; fund subscription facilities and fund liquidity transactions; investment structuring; and secondary transactions including portfolio sales and purchases, GP restructurings and stapled secondaries.
