The Paris Private Equity team advised Groupe GO Sport on its agreement to sell its Polish subsidiary, GO Sport Poland, to Sportmaster. The transaction is subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals.
Groupe GO Sport, a leader in the sports equipment market, has more than 340 stores in France and abroad, and represents approximately 500 sports brands.
