The London and Cambridge Technology team advised international venture firm Index Ventures on its lead investment into Codat, as part of a $10 million funding round.
Codat is a London-based technology company founded in 2017 that connects the internal systems of small businesses to banks, fintechs and other financial institutions, allowing business data to flow back and forth in real time.
The Goodwin team was led by Adam Thatcher with assistance from Gretchen Scott, Rachel Thurbon and Luke Nauth.
