Parquest Capital And Amundi Sell Their Shares In Eduservices

The Paris Private Equity team advised Parquest Capital and Amundi on the sale of their stake in Eduservices.

The French family-led leader in private higher and technical education, Eduservices is recomposing its capital structure by welcoming CAPZA Expansion into its capital as minority investor.

Eduservices is a major French player in the private sector of technical and higher education. The project was created in 2010 at the initiative of Philippe Grassaud, its chairman. It brings together various schools offering 2 to 5 year post-baccalaureate curricula and training for vocations in business, management, communication, personal care, and in tourism, hotels and leisure (THL).

Created in 2002, Parquest Capital is an independent investment firm with a well-established franchise on the French mid-market segment.

Amundi is Europe’s largest asset manager by assets under management and ranks in the top 10 globally.
