Private equity expert Daniel Dusek has joined Goodwin in Hong Kong as a partner in its global Private Equity practice. Dusek has more than 20 years of experience advising private equity investors and corporations on their investments, divestments and strategic transactions across a broad range of industries and cross-border corporate matters, including M&A, disposals, auctions, and private equity and leveraged buyouts, take-privates, spin-offs and joint ventures. He has strong relationships with some of the most prominent investment managers in the region.
