The Paris Private Equity team advised Equistone on its majority investment in Sicame, a global supplier of electrical connectors and accessories to electricity distributors.
The transaction represents Equistone’s inaugural continuation fund deal.
The Goodwin team was led by Thomas Maitrejean and included Simon Servan-Schreiber, Rodolphe Amaudric du Chaffaut and Sabine Bensaid on corporate aspects, Frédéric Guilloux and Benjamin Filiatre on finance aspects, Arnaud David and Barbara Botbol on fund aspects as well as Marie-Laure Bruneel on tax aspects.
