The Paris Technology team advised Devialet, a French High-end speaker manufacturer, in its €50 million financing.
For this operation, Devialet was able to count on the support of the two historical shareholders, Crédit Mutuel Equity and Bpifrance, via its Large Venture fund. The company also welcomes a new strategic investor based in China. This is a “global manufacturer, specialized in the miniaturization of audio, optical and tactile systems, who will be a strategic partner to support the company in the diversification and acceleration of licensing agreements.”
The main goal of this fundraising is to allow Devialet to pursue the development of new products and to expand internationally.
The Goodwin team was led by Marie Fillon and included Louis de Chezelles on IP aspects as well as Anne-Charlotte Rivière, Johann Gandilhon and Coralie Davis on corporate aspects.
