Timothy Ayotte is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Life Sciences group. Timothy advises clients on a wide range of matters, including start-up and formation, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions. He also counsels companies on general corporate matters.

Professional Experience
After graduating from law school, Timothy served as Associate Counsel, Corporate & Securities, at Alere Inc. (a division of Abbot Laboratories since October 2017), a global biotechnology company engaged in the development and manufacture of rapid point-of-care diagnostic testing platforms.
