Andrew Boulay is a Knowledge Management Lawyer in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group. Mr. Boulay focuses on developing know how, monitoring legal developments and delivering practice tools for the Real Estate Joint Venture and Real Estate Finance practices within the Real Estate Industry group.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2020, Mr. Boulay was a senior real estate associate at Goulston & Storrs PC. Mr. Boulay started his legal career at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton as a real estate associate.
