Stephen Kerr is a Science Advisor in the Technology group of the firm’s Business Law Department. He started at the firm in 2021. Mr. Kerr concentrates his legal practice in representing startups and emerging companies in various intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, transaction diligence, and general intellectual property counseling.
