Monica Patel is a partner in the firm’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice. Monica advises a wide variety of clients, including both public and private companies, on employee benefit and compensation issues, as well as tax and securities law issues, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, she represents employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance and change in control arrangements, deferred compensation plans, and equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements.
