Dr. Jan Schinköth is a partner and chair of Goodwin's Munich office. He is a member of the Goodwin’s Private Equity group and has extensive experience advising on private equity transactions both domestically and cross-border and provides advice to private equity and strategic investors on complex leveraged buy-outs, refinancing transactions, growth equity deals, and general corporate matters.
