Understanding Cannabis Legalization in Mexico

Goodwin’s recent discussion with José Alberto Campos-Vargas, a partner at Sánchez Devanny, was a deep dive in to what legalization of cannabis means for businesses interested in expanding their operations. With more than 120 million people, Mexico would become the largest marijuana market in Latin America and one of the largest in the world by population and the implications of doing business there are intricate.
