CLE - ERISA Fiduciary Developments

The BBA presents two panels discussing the most recent developments in ERISA fiduciary guidance. The first panel will feature a discussion of the DOL’s recently re-proposed ERISA regulations defining fiduciary investment advice and how they will impact your clients and the retirement and investment advisor industry. The second panel will focus on real-world developments related to fee disclosure, focusing on recent audit initiatives, an update on the latest litigation involving plan fees and a discussion of how retirement plan fee structures have evolved. Jamie Fleckner, a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Litigation Department and Chair of its ERISA Litigation Practice, will speak on the panel "Fee Disclosure 2.0."
