NYIPLA's 2nd Annual Second Circuit Summer Associate Moot Court Argument

NYIPLA, in conjunction with the Second Circuit, is hosting its 2nd Annual Moot Court Argument CLE Program followed by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.  Each firm will present an oral argument on behalf of a different interested party in the hypothetical fact pattern derived from the Second Circuit copyright decision in The Swatch Group v. Bloomberg LLP.  Associate Naomi Birbach will argue for the Goodwin team, under the supervision of a coach, partner Ira Levy.
