The Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Law: Preparing for the Commencement of Leave Rights

In 2019, employers began complying with the funding requirements of the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Law by either choosing to establish a private plan or making contributions to the Family and Employment Security Trust Fund.  Beginning on January 1, 2021, employers must begin complying with the leave portions of the law.  In this webinar, we will discuss, among other topics:
