BOSTON, May 25, 2011 – Goodwin Procter LLP , a national Am Law 50 firm, announced today that Mark Schonberger has joined the firm’s Business Law Department in its Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Schonberger specializes in corporate and securities law, with particular expertise in real estate companies and real estate fund formation matters, and will be resident in the firm’s New York office. He joins Goodwin from Paul Hastings in New York.

In addition, the firm announced that Boston partner Yoel Kranz, also a member of Goodwin’s Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group, will relocate to New York this summer. In April, Goodwin announced that Jeffrey Legault had joined the firm’s New York private equity practice.
