Goodwin Procter represented Mblox, one of the world’s largest application-to-person (A2P) mobile messaging providers, in a definitive agreement to be acquired by CLX Communications AB for a cash consideration of $117 million.
Founded in 1999, Mblox is the largest cloud-based mobile messaging provider in the world, trusted by more companies to carry their mission-critical traffic than any other service. The platform sends seven billion mobile messages a year on behalf of more than 4,000 customers.
CLX Communications is a leading provider of enterprise cloud communications services and software solutions to mobile operators.
