The director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Trading and Markets, Brett Redfearn, will leave by the end of December after serving in the position for three years. Nick Losurdo, a Financial Industry partner at Goodwin advising broker-dealers and exchanges and former counsel to SEC Commissioner Elad Roisman, worked with Redfearn.
