The Private Equity and Real Estate teams in London advised TowerBrook Capital Partners and its co-founders on the establishment of a new real estate lending platform called Précis Capital Partners. A multi-billion pound residential development fund launched by Précis Capital will underwrite loans of £50 million and above to finance the development of a range of real estate assets including residential for sale, build to rent, student accommodation, and later living with a view to providing up to £1 billion of development financing a year. Précis Capital is also developing specialist Green Loan products to support Sustainable Construction methods.
