The American Lawyer Names Julia White 2021 Dealmakers Of The Year


The American Lawyer has named Goodwin lawyer Julia White Dealmaker of the Year for her work representing the underwriters in DoorDash’s $3.4 billion IPO. The American Lawyer’s annual list recognizes practitioners who have played a pivotal role in the year’s most notable and innovative transactions.

White is an associate and member of the firm’s Technology group, specializing in all areas of corporate and securities laws with a primary focus on capital markets transactions, public company representation and advising emerging-growth technology companies. Based in the San Francisco office, White’s representation of companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate governance and public company representation.
