The Paris Private Equity team advised Cerba HealthCare, a leading player in medical diagnosis, in signing an agreement to take over the Yourlab group, a clinical pathology group based in western France.
Through its six subsidiaries (Biolaris, Biomedilam, C+BIO, LBR, Orn Biomedi Cal, Tonnellerie), the Yourlab Group has more than 600 employees and 49 sites in Brittany, Val de Loire, Pays de Loire and Normandy.
This merger will enable the two groups to continue their development in the French clinical pathology market and to and strengthen the Cerballiance national network.
The Goodwin team was led by Maxence Bloch and included Benhouda Derradji, Héloïse Bertin and Sabine Bensaid on corporate aspects and Marie-Laure Bruneel on tax aspects.
