Hines Forms Joint Venture with Apollo and VI-BA to Acquire Aedes

The Real Estate Industry team advised Hines on its joint venture with funds managed by Apollo Global Management, Inc. and Italian real estate company VI-BA S.r.l. to acquire Aedes SIIQ S.p.A. by way of acquisition of a controlling interest followed by a mandatory public tender offer.

Hines is a privately owned global real estate investment, development and management firm.

Apollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager.

Aedes SIIQ, a listed REIT owning a portfolio of commercial properties in Italy.
