Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Saba Rais has joined the firm’s ERISA and Executive Compensation practice as a partner, resident in the London office.

Rais has more than 15 years’ experience advising on the design, implementation and operation of a wide range of employee share plans and executive remuneration arrangements for both public and private companies. She has a particular focus on the share plan aspects of major corporate transactions, in particular takeovers and flotations. Rais advises on all share plan-related matters including tax, global compliance, trust and nominee arrangements, administration and employment issues.
