Fourteen partners have moved their practices to help Goodwin launch its new Philadelphia office, Law360 reports. The 14 partners are led by a trio of high-profile lawyers, Rachael Bushey, John Jones and Thomas Gallagher. Bushey will co-chair Goodwin's new Philadelphia office with Barbara Shander, who joined the firm's Private Equity practice in March and was affiliated with the Washington, D.C. location while she worked remotely from her Philadelphia office. "Goodwin's strategy is to be the firm of choice for clients doing business within the healthcare, life sciences, private equity, real estate, technology, and financial services sectors, and where they converge," Rob Insolia, chair of Goodwin, said in a statement. "The team joining us aligns with our long-term strategy and will further scale Goodwin's global capital-meets-innovation platform for the benefit of our clients."
