A partner who represents clients in cross-border transactions around the globe has joined Goodwin as a remote partner in San Diego to strengthen its Technology M&A practice. Jon Olsen has represented clients in transactions in more than 30 international jurisdictions, including Europe, the Middle East, South America and Asia. "I'm excited about what the [Goodwin] platform can do for my clients, particularly as it relates to strategic transactions, which is what I primarily focus on," Olsen told Law360 Pulse on Wednesday.
