The Paris Technology team advised RGreen Invest, a French investment management company dedicated to energy transition, in the €10 million fundraising of Sunology, a startup specialized in the manufacture of solar panels.
Founded in 2019, Sunology offers solar products like solar station (PLAY) and solar roof (HOME), enabling customers to change the climate and their lifestyle. The financing round will enable Sunology to consolidate its leadership in the residential solar market.
The Goodwin team was led by Thomas Dupont-Sentilles and included Louis Taslé d’Héliand and Julie Messerig on corporate aspects and Marie Fillon and Louis de Chezelles on IP aspects.
