The German team represented a fund advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH ("Beyond Capital Partners") on the acquisition of a majority stake in Holger Grelck Forstbaumschulen GmbH. The founder and managing director of Holger Grelck Forstbaumschulen GmbH, Mr Holger Grelck, will remain in office and as a minority shareholder of the company.
Holger Grelck Forstbaumschulen GmbH, based in Halstenbek/Germany, is a “green” company active in the field of plant and tree propagation, operation and management of plants nurseries and the trade of plants and seeds.
Beyond Capital Partners GmbH is an investment fund specializing in investments in German family-owned and medium-sized companies.
