Goodwin on Monday, Oct. 2, announced a new class of 40 partners, The Deal reports. The group includes a dozen attorneys in the U.S. focused on M&A and private equity dealmaking as well as restructuring. These 12 new partners are Matthew Baudler, Stacy Dasaro, James Ding, Lauren Falkowitz, Brian Fleming, Michael Jones, Brian Mulhall, C.J. Murray, Robert Powers, John Quinn and Daniel Saposnik.
