Goodwin has grown its Private Investment Funds offering in Hong Kong with the hire of Youjung Byon as a partner. With more than 15 years of experience advising Asia-based private fund sponsors on fund formations and fundraisings, Byon specialises in advising on the formation of private investment funds, including buyout, growth capital, debt, venture capital, and real estate funds. She also provides counsel on governance matters, co-investment transactions, and regulatory issues.
