Goodwin on Wednesday, Feb. 18, said it's added partner Julia Kolovarsky in its Private Investment Funds practice in New York. Kolovarsky advises on the structuring and formation of private investment funds across a wide range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital, and growth equity, as well as fund-of-funds, evergreen funds, co-investments, and separately managed accounts. She works with global asset managers, emerging sponsors, and institutional investors. She founded and arrives from a boutique investment funds practice focused on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds and related vehicles.
