Two Private Investment Funds Partners Join Goodwin in New York York (Private Equity Law Report)
Goodwin has welcomed Julia Kolovarsky and Olya Kurilovich as partners in its Private Investment Funds practice in New York. Both attorneys specialize in the formation of private investment funds across various strategies and sectors. Kolovarsky advises on the structuring and formation of private investment funds across a wide range of strategies, including PE, venture capital and growth equity, in addition to experience forming fund-of-funds, evergreen funds, co investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. She counsels leading sponsors and asset managers on fund governance; regulatory and compliance matters; sponsor economics; investor negotiations; and co investment arrangements. Kurilovich focuses her practice on representing sponsors and lead investors in complex secondary deals, fund restructurings and other liquidity solutions. She advises clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds across sectors including private debt, PE, real estate, infrastructure and emerging markets.
