This jointly sponsored CLE Program will include a lively discussion of recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions regarding patent law, their influence on current patent practice and the potential influence to effect changes in the U.S. Patent Laws. The program will be moderated by Hon. Garrett Brown, Jr., former Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
